Terms of Service & Refunds

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ioaibiz, a B2B digital service lounge operated by Durellem Ltd (trading as ioaibiz).

By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

ioaibiz provides modular AI-assisted business services. Availability of individual modules may change as the lounge expands.

We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be kept minimal.

3. Pricing & billing

Membership is billed monthly in GBP via Stripe.

Founding membership (first 10 slots): £45 per month. Standard membership thereafter: £58 per month.

Prices may be shown in SEK or EUR for convenience; the charge currency is GBP.

There is no free trial. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting hello@ioaibiz.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period unless required by law.

5. Digital content & withdrawal (14 days)

Our services are digital content delivered immediately upon subscription activation.

By subscribing and accessing the lounge, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may be lost once digital delivery begins, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and, where applicable, Swedish Distansavtalslagen (2005:59).

If you have not accessed paid digital services, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund request in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration details and use the service lawfully.

You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse-engineer our systems, or use the service to send unlawful or harmful content.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durellem Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Mandatory consumer protection rights under Swedish law remain unaffected for consumers in Sweden.
